We left Perth and flew to Sydney. The flight over was good. Jeff's right ankle had swelled up last night, so we were keeping a close eye on that. There were a lot of the Ironman triathletes on our flight, including the winner of the event! He was sitting one row behind us, across the aisle :) We wouldn't have known, except as we were landing the flight attendant captain congratulated all of the triathletes and the winner.
We managed to find our hotel in Sydney, though driving here was a bit more harrowing than in WA. The streets are narrow, so it's a good thing we asked for a compact car instead of the sport utility vehicle we were driving in WA.
